Personal data are individual details regarding personal or factual relationships between a determined or determinable natural person. In particular, personal data involves data that can be used to determine your identity, e.g. your name, address, telephone number and even your email address if this contains your name.

Our webpages are designed to inform. You can use our webpages without registering and without providing any personal data.
E. Basic information on how Eberle GmbH handles data
We only gather, process and use personal data from a user of eberle-werbeagentur.de in anonymised form.
The data gathered is stored by our technical service provider partner (currently imos GmbH, Alfons Feifel Str. 9, 73037 Göppingen) on a multi-secured server in Germany. Only a restricted circle of employees at Eberle GmbH and the technical service provider have access to your data.

G. Anonymisation and analysis of anonymous data
We gather anonymised data through our technical service provider (currently: imos GmbH, Alfons Feifel Str. 9, 73037 Göppingen) for the following purposes: To improve the connection, increase system security and stability and for analysis.
The information gathered cannot be traced back to individual users and it is stored in a so-called log file. This information is gathered without your assistance and stored for 3 months, after which it is automatically deleted:
Data and time of access,
IP address of the device making the request,
file names of the files accessed,
URL of the data accessed,
(referrer URL, i.e. the address of the website gaining access,
browser used
operating system of the end device
name of your network provider.
The legal basis for our data processing is art. 6, para. 1, p.1, lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the above list of purposes for gathering data. The data gathered will not be used to refer to your person.
H. On social networks and social media plug-ins in general
On eberle-werbeagentur.de, we use social plug-ins from the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest, on the basis of art. 6, para. 1, p. 1, lit. f GDPR. This is to make it easier for users to follow our news and to promote eberle-werbeagentur.de. These purposes are legitimate interests in the context of the GDPR. The responsibility for compliance with data protection laws is to be ensured by the respective provider.
Contact to social media is established using a “share” button. The social media plug-ins are linked using the “two-click method”, so that users of eberle-werbeagentur.de do not immediately log in to social media, thereby protecting the data of visitors.
If you have activated the “share” button on eberle-werbeagentur.de, data will be transferred to the abovementioned social network services (Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest) by accessing them. I. Integration of Facebook

If you access a page on our website that contains this plugin, your browser will make a direct connection with Facebook’s servers. The content of the plugin will be sent directly to your browser from Facebook and integrated into the website.
By integrating the plugin, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or if you are not logged into Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.
If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can directly assign the visit to our website to your Facebook account. If you click the “SHARE” button, the corresponding information is also sent directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on Facebook and shown to your Facebook friends.
Facebook can use this information for marketing and market-research purposes, as well as to display Facebook pages appropriately for you. Facebook thereby creates user, interest and relationship profiles, for example in order to analyse your use of our website with regards to the integrated Facebook advertisements, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide services related to your use of Facebook.
If you do not want Facebook to assign the data gathered about you when visiting our website directly to your Facebook account, you must first log out of Facebook before visiting our website.

J. Integration of Twitter
On the webpages at eberle-werbeagentur.de, you will find plugins from the network Twitter Inc. “Twitter”. You can recognise these by the Twitter logo (Tweet Button) on our webpages, once you have activated these by clicking on “share”. You can find an overview of Tweet Buttons here (https://about.twitter.com/resources/buttons).
If you access a page on our website that contains a plugin activated by you, a connection is established between your browser and the Twitter server. Twitter Inc. obtains the information that you (through your current IP address) have visited a page at eberle-werbeagantur.de.
If you click Twitter’s “tweet button” whilst logged into your Twitter account, you can link the content from our pages to your Twitter profile. Twitter can then assign your visit to our pages to your user account. Eberle GmbH does not receive any knowledge of the content of data sent to Twitter or regarding its use by Twitter Inc.

K. Analysis by Google Analytics
On the legal basis of art. 6, para. 1, p. 1, lit. f GDPR, we conduct analyses. Tracking is aimed to allow the continuous optimisation of our website and to further develop our website in accordance with requirements. Furthermore, use of our website is gathered for statistical purposes. In order to optimise the way we present information to you, we conduct analyses. We use Google Analytics to ensure the user-appropriate design and continuous optimisation of our webpages.
Google Analytics (hereinafter also called “GA”) is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/), headquartered at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter called “Google”.
By using Google Analytics, pseudonymised user profiles are created and cookies are used on your end device (see section F. above for more)
We have determined our settings in Google Analytics administration section so that we only receive the following information about your use of the webpages at eberle-werbeagentur.de:

– Operating system used,
– Referrer URL (the previously visited page),
– Host name of the accessing device (IP address),

– Internet service provider
– Origin (country and city)

This data is transferred to a Google server in the USA. It is stored there.
The information is used in order to analyse the use of the website, generate reports on website activity and present our internet pages in an appropriate manner.
This information may also be passed on to third parties where legally permitted.
Your IP address will not be combined with other data held by Google. IP addresses are anonymised.
To prevent analysis, you can use a free add-on. You can prevent the collection of your website-use data generated by the GA cookie and its processing by Google by loading and installing the browser add-on at (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
Furthermore, you can place an opt-out cookie on your device in order to prevent the future collection of your data when visiting eberle-werbeagentur.de. The opt-out cookie only works for the respective browser used. After deleting cookies, the opt-out procedure must be conducted again (by clicking on the link) if you still wish to prevent data from being gathered.

L. Rights
Upon the user’s request, it is possible to request free and immediate information from Eberle GmbH on the data we store about your person. This information can also be passed on to the user electronically if requested.
You have the right:
in accordance with art. 15 GDPR to demand information on the personal data Eberle GmbH processes about you. In particular, you can request information about the purposes for processing, the category of personal data, the categories of (future) recipients of your data, the intended storage duration, your right to rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, your right to appeal, the origin of your data insofar as it was not gathered by us, as well as any automatic decision-making by profiling and the details of significant information;
in accordance with art. 16 GDPR, to demand the rectification of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by Eberle GmbH about you;
in accordance with art. 17 GDPR, to demand the erasure of your personal data stored by Eberle GmbH, unless the processing concerns the execution of the right to free speech and information, the fulfilment of a legal obligation, reasons of public interest or if it is required for the enforcement, execution or defence of legal claims;
in accordance with art. 18 GDPR, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse erasure and Eberle GmbH no longer needs the data but you need it to enforce, execute or defend legal claims, or in accordance with art. 21 GDPR, you have objected to the processing of your data;
in accordance with art. 20 GDPR, to demand your personal data provided by Eberle GmbH in a structured, conventional and machine-readable format or to have it sent to another responsible person;
in accordance with art. 7, para. 3 GDPR to revoke the consent you once gave at any time. This will mean that Eberle GmbH may not process the data regarding that consent in the future and, in accordance with art. 77 GDPR you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. You can normally use the supervisory authority at your normal place of residence, workplace or for Eberle GmbH’s headquarters.
M. Email contact with EBERLE GmbH
It is possible to make contact using the email addresses provided on our website. The personal data sent with the user’s email is stored. In this context, no data is passed onto third parties. The data is solely used for processing the conversation. The legal basis for processing the data arising in connection with sending an email is art. 6, para. 1, lit. f GDPR. If the email contact results in the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is art. 6, para. 1, lit. b GDPR. The required legitimate interest for processing is derived from the email contact by the user.
The data will be erased as soon as its purpose for collection no longer applies. For personal data sent by email, this will only be the case if the relevant conversation with the user has been ended. The conversation is considered to be ended when circumstances dictate that the relevant issues have been resolved.
Option to revoke and object: The user has the option to revoke their consent to processing personal data at any time. If the user contacts us by email, they can object to the storage of their personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued.

N. Right to object
You can object to the collection, processing and use of your personal data at any time without using a form by contacting EBERLE Werbeagentur GmbH, Goethestraße 115, 73525 Schwäbisch Gmünd or by emailing datenschutz@eberle-werbeagentur.de.
When your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests, in accordance with art. 6, para. 1, p. 1, lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to its processing in accordance with art. 21 GDPR, if there are reasons pertaining to your particular situation or if the objection relates to direct marketing. For the latter, you have a general right to object, which we will implement without you having to provide any details on a particular situation.
If you wish to invoke your right to revoke or object, it is sufficient to send an email to datenschutz@eberle-werbeagentur.de. We reserve the right to check your identity if there is any doubt about the person objecting.
