Good news: the figures from the current certification period show a significant reduction in the agency’s CO2 emissions. A total of 138 tons ofCO2 were generated in the 2018 financial year, 25% less than in the previous certification period. “The fact that we have now succeeded in reducing our emissions so significantly is due to a whole range of measures,” says Bernd Eberle, CEO.
Since 2011, Eberle CO2 has been certified at regular intervals, offsetting unavoidable emissions by purchasing UN certificates and thus operating completely CO2-neutral. Probably even as the first agency in Germany.
Eberle also offers CO2 compensation projects for its customers in collaboration with Soil & More. New: In addition to projects in South Africa and Egypt (SEKEM farm), it is now also possible to support organic farming projects in Germany.
