To promote climate awareness among the Ravensburg population, we have developed a testimonial campaign for the city of Ravensburg with the motto #TEAMKLIMA, which encourages people to get involved. As in a real team, #TEAMKLIMA stands for team spirit, cohesion, motivation and the achievement of a common goal: a CO2-neutral Ravensburg. After all, getting involved and “sticking with it” is difficult and not very popular – especially in times when the topics of sustainability and climate protection seem to be omnipresent.
Whether club coach, professional sportswoman, cabaret artist, singer or weather professional: the #TEAMKLIMA is a colorful mix of well-known personalities from the city and thus offers a particularly diverse identification potential. Each of the 20 team members presents their own personal tip for more climate protection in everyday life. In order to expand the campaign’s reach, the plan is to recruit even more of the city’s citizens as testimonials.
For the poster campaign, we developed the #TEAMKLIMA logo, photographed the testimonials and realized many advertising materials such as large-format banners (construction fence, roll-up on wood). In this way, we set a design framework that ensures strong recognition.
In addition, we designed give-aways that take up and spread the themes in a meaningful way. It is interesting to see how differently one can approach the topic of climate protection in everyday life.
