Following an extensive strategy process, the South Tyrolean family business Loacker completely realigned its sustainability strategy. As part of this process, the entire value chain was analyzed and strategic fields of action were defined for the coming years. 2022, we were involved in communicating the complex strategy.
As part of a workshop, we dealt intensively with the fields of action, objectives and measures. We collected and bundled the topic material and worked out the respective core in order to define approaches for competitive differentiation communication.
The result is a beautiful brochure that shows how Loacker lives sustainability, characterized above all by its dealings with suppliers and a sustainable raw materials policy. This is particularly evident in the cultivation of hazelnuts in Tuscany.
