The “Bio Baden-Württemberg” seal combines the two megatrends “organic” and “regional” to create a strong promise of quality for consumers. Under the concise slogan “Organic + Regional = Optimal!”, the seal was specifically advertised to raise awareness of sustainably produced food from the region.
A central component of the campaign was the strategic introduction and positioning of the MBW organic quality label, which stands for the highest organic standards and regional origin. Extensive communication measures, targeted marketing activities and joint advertising campaigns significantly increased the visibility of the seal and effectively conveyed its message to consumers.
The campaign relied on a combination of traditional advertising media, digital formats and POS campaigns to promote trust in the MBW Bio quality label and emphasize the benefits of regional organic products. The result was a successful brand communication that further consolidated the importance of sustainable agriculture and conscious nutrition in Baden-Württemberg.
In addition to organic quality, the measures also emphasize the regional origin of food from Baden-Württemberg and thus create a strong awareness of sustainable, locally produced products. Targeted communication strategies are used to emphasize the close connection between organic farming and regional value creation.
It is particularly important to inform consumers not only about the high organic standards, but also about the advantages of short transportation routes, the promotion of local farms and the strengthening of the regional economy. The measures include targeted marketing campaigns, educational initiatives, joint advertising campaigns and a presence in retail and gastronomy to strengthen confidence in regional organic products.
This not only increases transparency for consumers, but also raises awareness of the importance of sustainable, regional food production. The connection between organic quality and regional origin is thus made tangible at all levels.
