Target group-specific content along the customer journey, especially in the field of drive technology for the manufacturing industry and mobility on road, rail and water. We provide a channel- and target group-specific communication strategy across the entire customer journey: from the trade press in print and online to the digital Voith channels, social media and websites to printed sales materials and the digital customer magazine “Perspectives”. At the heart of our content strategy is good storytelling that conveys highly technical topics in a clear and customer-centric way. Voith benefits from a wide range of synergies, from stringent communication to lead generation, which noticeably supports sales.
Digital communication has two decisive advantages over print products: it can be networked with other digital channels and it can be tracked. For these reasons, we transformed the customer magazine Perspectives into a new digital edition with Voith Turbo. We developed a creative concept for this that offers highly intuitive access to the various thematic blocks and individual topics with the help of an animated start page. Our content managers take care of CMS maintenance and fill the digital magazine with content, linking it via social media or other digital formats. By tracking the website, we can see which topics are performing well with users and adjust the content accordingly in order to generate qualified leads.
Whether it’s crisis communication, lobbying or CEO communication, we start by defining the objectives and developing a consistent communication strategy.
