The customer and us

The Arnold Glas Group, based in Remshalden, is one of the most innovative flat glass processors in Europe. Around 800 employees work at six sites in Germany and Austria. They produce the extensive ISOLAR® Glas insulating glass range as well as toughened and laminated safety glass and also offer numerous services, from preliminary planning to implementation. The family character of the medium-sized company is still part of the corporate culture today, which is clearly expressed in its commitment to sustainability. On the one hand for the environment and nature, and on the other for the people in the region. Over the course of our many years of collaboration, we have not only created the Arnold Group’s brand identity, including its website, but have also built on this to cover the entire range of corporate and product communication, from classic PR and digital marketing to corporate publishing and film to the planning, implementation and communication support of major events.

PR and communication: Storytelling in content marketing

Moving confidently between the journalistic standards of an established industry or business magazine and the advertising language of a company is part of the daily work of our content experts. In close and personal exchange with the editorial teams, we find the stories that guarantee Arnold Glas a strong content presence and at the same time underline the credibility of the statements through independent reporting. For example, we provide editorial support for product launches or advertising campaigns and generate greater reach and attention. This includes industry knowledge and a feel for current trends – skills that we use to our clients’ advantage not only in press relations, but also in content marketing in general. We combine Arnold’s communication and marketing goals with our current know-how and use this to develop strategically sound topic and editorial planning. Across all content channels, with a variety of formats and for any period of time.

Brand: New brand identity, holistically implemented

The decision to implement a new brand identity for Arnold with us was followed by the development of the brand architecture, logo, claim and CI/CD and a cascade of further measures to drive the branding forward at all levels. A central element was the design of various image visuals with professional photo shoots and models, which gave the campaign an unmistakable face. The flagship of the digital branding is the current website developed by us. A decisive factor in the success of the brand communication was not least our interdisciplinary approach, with which we consider all the building blocks of corporate communication from the outset and incorporate them into the strategic, creative and conceptual development work.

Event: Concept, planning, management and communication from a single source

With the renovation of the listed Alte Kelter in Miedelsbach, Arnold not only built architecturally unique training rooms for its Arnold Academy, but also returned to the company founder’s first place of work. At the same time, the company gave the region around its headquarters a special meeting place. We were inspired to come up with some very special ideas to accompany this symbolic and technically challenging act from the ground-breaking ceremony to the inauguration. From documenting the construction phase to planning and preparing for the opening to the very practical event management surrounding the opening day. All of this was combined with a variety of communication and advertising measures that brought this unique event to the public’s attention. And it can still be experienced today, namely on the Arnold website.
