Campaign for Weleda’s skin helpers

Weleda ointments and gels help the skin to regenerate in a completely natural way – whether for insect bites, bruises, sports injuries or minor cuts and abrasions. Thanks to their proven, gentle formulas with carefully selected natural ingredients, they offer soothing care and relief in line with Weleda’s philosophy.

For the Weleda Hauthelfer campaign, we developed a comprehensive concept that specifically showcases the natural helpers and clearly communicates their versatile application options. The focus was on conveying the gentle effectiveness and healing approach of the products in an emotional, trusting visual and design language.

From brainstorming to the design of the key visuals and various advertising materials for the point of sale, a holistic campaign was created that unfolds consistently and effectively across digital and analog channels. The aim was to raise awareness of the Weleda skin helpers and let customers see at a glance that there is a gentle, natural solution for everyday skin problems.

We developed two customized key visuals for customer and retailer communication that are specifically tailored to the respective target group. Both visuals follow the modern split-screen look, which combines a clear, uncluttered look with a strong visual separation between product and application area. The result is a direct, easy-to-understand visual language that appeals to both consumers and specialist retailers and optimally communicates the benefits of Weleda skin helpers.

The Weleda Hauthelfer campaign focuses on the lead product Combudoron®, whose natural formula provides effective relief from insect bites and sunburn. A combination of product photography, emotional mood images and clear text modules were used in the key visuals to best illustrate the effect and area of application of Combudoron®. This design ensures that both the natural origin of the ingredients and the soothing effect of the product are immediately recognizable.

For customer communication, we designed a key visual that focuses on the emotional added value of Combudoron®. Soft, natural colors and a pictorial representation of typical everyday situations – such as a family outing or a summer hike – convey the use of the product intuitively.

The specialist retailer visual, on the other hand, was specifically tailored to the requirements of pharmacy and specialist retail marketing. The focus here is on a clear, informative presentation of the main benefits of Combudoron® as well as a clear structure that enables the product benefits to be grasped quickly. In addition, specific sales materials and infographics were developed to help specialist retailers communicate the use and effectiveness of the product to their customers in a targeted manner.

This well thought-out two-pronged approach ensures that the Weleda Skin Helper campaign has a strong impact on both end customers and specialist retailers and that Weleda’s natural, effective care expertise is strengthened in the long term.

At the PoS, we attract attention with window films, flags of the key visuals and the jumbo display of a Combudoron® pack as a counter display.
