The Holle sustainability report is more than just an inventory of ecological and social measures – it is a central component of a comprehensive communication strategy developed by us that makes sustainability visible not just as an add-on, but as a firmly anchored corporate principle. This strategy ensures that sustainable management is not viewed in isolation, but is consistently integrated into the entire brand communication – from product development and packaging design to consumer communication.
With the slogan “Sustainable right from the start”, Holle underlines its profound commitment to acting responsibly – from the careful selection of organic and biodynamically grown raw materials and transparent supply chains to environmentally friendly packaging solutions and resource-saving production processes. The report provides insights into specific measures, such as the CO₂-neutral footprint, the expansion of regenerative agriculture, fair partnerships with producers and initiatives to promote biodiversity.
In addition, the sustainability report serves as a transparent guide for parents who only want the best for their babies – and want climate-friendly, healthy and ethically responsible products. With a clear visual presentation, vivid infographics and authentic storytelling elements, the report makes complex topics understandable and tangible.
At Holle, sustainability is not only communicated, but actively promoted – as a long-term, credible promise for future generations.
The report was created in collaboration with our long-standing partner Soil & More in accordance with GRI 4 standards and was designed and realized by us. It was nominated for a German Design Award in 2016.
With the symbol of the “Holle sustainability ear”, the dimensions of the company’s sustainability are made tangible and comprehensible. The six dimensions are: “corporate governance”, “product responsibility”, “partnerships”, “agri-culture”, “employees” and “resources”.
