The “Interessengemeinschaft Schwäbischer Cider e. V.” is an association of small, fine manufacturers in Baden-Württemberg who use the art of cellar craftsmanship to turn traditional cider into a high-quality, new and nature-conscious drink. The challenge for communication: build a bridge between tradition and modernity, between everyday and cult beverages, between trade, nature conservation, common sense and lifestyle – and be fresh, bold and special.
We developed an umbrella brand logo and combined a warm golden yellow for the cider with a fresh, black typography – thus creating not only a high recognition value for the brand, but also a reminiscence of the colors of Baden-Württemberg and thus of the origin of the products from local orchards. With the slogan “Prickling Swabian”, we formulated an enjoyable and regional message.
We designed a young, lively layout for the website, developed a clear structure and all the content. Loving illustrations manifest the love of nature and the handmade character, the imagery is bright, friendly and natural. Other measures included a magazine, a blog and a trade fair stand.
