Following an extensive strategy process, the South Tyrolean family-owned company Loacker completely realigned its sustainability strategy. In the course of this, the entire value chain was analysed and strategic fields of action defined for the coming years. In 2022, we were involved in communicating the complex strategy.
In a workshop, we dealt intensively with the fields of action, goals and measures. We collected and bundled the thematic material and worked out the respective core in order to define approaches of a competition-differentiating communication.
The result is a beautiful brochure that shows how Loacker lives sustainability, above all through its dealings with suppliers and a sustainable raw materials policy. This is particularly visible in the company’s own hazelnut cultivation in Tuscany.
