Branding defines what a company stands for and gives the brand a clear strategic direction. It creates a consistent brand experience and provides orientation on the shelf, particularly in the food, organic and sustainability sectors, by communicating complex content such as quality, origin or production methods in an understandable and credible way.

Brand loyalty is created when a brand has a consistent image and delivers on its performance and value proposition over the long term. Consistency is not just limited to the appearance – i.e. the same colors, logos or wording – but also means the consistency of the content of the attitude, messages, brand experience and actual performance. Trust, recognizability and reliability are not products of chance, but the result of a clearly defined branding process.

Branding works when a brand provides orientation and makes decisions easier. Products are recognized and classified more quickly, allowing the brand to play an active role in purchasing and listing decisions. Brand identity defines and describes what a brand stands for. It encompasses values, attitude, personality, positioning and the brand promise – in other words, the content and emotional identity of a brand as a strategic foundation.
Corporate identity regulates how this self-image is lived and implemented. It translates the brand identity into concrete rules and forms of expression, such as visual design, communication, behavior and corporate culture, and is therefore the operational counterpart to the brand identity.
