We take many things for granted in everyday life: Water, electricity, reliable means of transportation. Stadtwerke Konstanz ensures the smooth running and assured quality of such everyday services. Following the successful implementation of the new brand identity, we have now also developed the image campaign around the existing claim “For you. For Constance. For tomorrow.”. The focus of the campaign: to communicate the services of the four divisions of energy, water, mobility and telecommunications to existing customers and all other citizens in an eye-catching, emotional and consumer-oriented way and to strengthen the positive image of the municipal utility in the long term.
The implementation is an authentic visual world and a personal and direct customer approach. By using the overarching text bracket “For you”, we picked up on the existing campaign claim on the one hand, and on the other hand we were able to clearly place the respective customer benefits in all four service areas at the forefront of the communication.
In this way, Stadtwerke is positioning itself as a reliable partner and active co-creator of the region, which not only ensures that its customers’ everyday lives run smoothly, but also makes carefree moments possible on top of that.
In order to make Stadtwerke’s commitment visible to the outside world, various advertising materials were created for the city’s most prominent locations: City Light posters at bus stops, large billboards and advertisements.
The design and wording of our large-scale posters were adapted by Stadtwerke for its own website and social media.
